Role overviewWe are looking for a QA Tester to join our team and help ensure the quality of our clients' products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the software development lifecycle to identify issues before they reach our users.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing, writing and executing manual test cases based on product requirements.
- Performing functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs through to resolution.
- Verifying bug fixes and conducting re-testing.
- Collaborating closely with developers and product managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a manual QA / Software Testing role.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory).
- Strong experience writing clear and detailed test cases and bug reports.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira or similar).
- Basic understanding of SQL for data validation.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g. Postman) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and good communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
