The Configuration Team plays a key role in supporting Circana’s strategic transformation to the New Factory platform. As a Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for the accurate setup, configuration, and quality checking of client implementations — primarily focused on the migration of existing clients to the New Factory. You will work closely with Technical teams, Local markets, and the Migration Manager to ensure successful and timely delivery of migration milestones.
While migration activity is the primary focus, you may also support Business-as-Usual (BAU) configuration and standard change events.
- Execute accurate client configuration, setup, and quality control (QC) activities to support the migration to the New Factory platform.
- Manage migration tasks according to the agreed schedule, ensuring delivery to quality and timeline expectations.
- Use New Factory tools such as UDB, UCO, Multiverse, Unify, and other migration utilities to perform configuration and data processing steps.
- Collaborate with Technical and Local teams to resolve configuration issues; elevate to the Migration Manager where appropriate.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Migration Manager, highlighting risks, challenges, and completed milestones.
- Support standard BAU change events, including implementation, validation, promotion to stage, and QC using New Factory tools.
- Work with Central teams and Country Expert Groups to support country‑specific configuration updates when needed.
- Use New Factory tools to support responsibilities including UCO, Multiverse, Jira.
- Assist with configuration for new client setups as the platform expands.
- A minimum of a Master’s degree (MSc) in Statistics, Econometrics, Operational Research or similar quantitative field of study.
- Strong aptitude for technical tools, configuration logic, and structured problem‑solving.
- Ability to follow detailed processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Data investigation skills to both validate and investigate any data differences.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple configuration tasks in parallel.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain technical issues in simple terms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a virtual, cross‑functional environment.
- Experience in data processing or configuration work is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to converse effectively across the organization.
