, Athens – hiring a Collections Systems Application Specialist.
- Act as the application owner for the Collections platform, ensuring system availability, stability, and optimal performance.
- Manage the relationship with the external vendor, coordinating deliveries, enhancements, issue resolution, and roadmap alignment.
- Lead and coordinate the ongoing project to onboard additional business units into the Collections platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Coordinate system enhancements, testing activities, releases, and implementation plans.
- Work closely with Billing, CRM, CxP, and Payments teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end collections processes.
- Support data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation activities related to collections operations.
- Contribute to system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support incident management activities, including issue investigation and coordination of resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in application support, system ownership, technical business analysis, or enterprise application management.
- Experience participating in system implementation or integration projects.
- Strong technical understanding of enterprise applications and system integrations.
- Experience with Collections, Billing, CRM, or Customer Operations systems.
- Exposure in Energy, Utilities, Telecommunications, or other high‑volume customer industries.
- Familiarity with debt collection processes and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Experience managing third‑party vendors and coordinating external delivery teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
