, Athens – hiring a Collections Systems Application Specialist.

• Act as the application owner for the Collections platform, ensuring system availability, stability, and optimal performance.
• Manage the relationship with the external vendor, coordinating deliveries, enhancements, issue resolution, and roadmap alignment.
• Lead and coordinate the ongoing project to onboard additional business units into the Collections platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Coordinate system enhancements, testing activities, releases, and implementation plans.
• Work closely with Billing, CRM, CxP, and Payments teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end collections processes.
• Support data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation activities related to collections operations.
• Contribute to system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support incident management activities, including issue investigation and coordination of resolution with internal and external stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience in application support, system ownership, technical business analysis, or enterprise application management.
• Experience participating in system implementation or integration projects.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise applications and system integrations.
• Experience with Collections, Billing, CRM, or Customer Operations systems.
• Exposure in Energy, Utilities, Telecommunications, or other high‑volume customer industries.
• Familiarity with debt collection processes and customer lifecycle management.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors and coordinating external delivery teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
