Deployment Operations Specialist

E-logic is seeking a Deployment Operations Specialist I to directly support Department of Defense time‑sensitive planning, force rotation, and mobility operations for America's Armored Corps. In this role, you will be responsible for validating Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) using a variety of critical military logistics and mobility systems.

• Create, refine, and review unit TPFDD data within JOPES; build and validate Unit Line Numbers (ULNs) on a daily tracker spreadsheet.
• Extract force‑flow data using the Rapid Query Tool (RQT); analyze movement requirements and verify transportation feasibility.
• Track the movement of personnel, equipment, and cargo using standard ITV tools and prepare executive updates for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with COCOMs, HQDA, and subordinate units to manage validation unlocks, revalidations, and force deployment orders.
• Deliver concise JOPES and TPFDD briefings to senior command officers and provide alternate training to military/civilian personnel.

• Must be proficient in JOPES

  , JCRM
  , SMS
  , and COMPASS (including moving PEG/PEJ files).
• Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• Must pass a state police background check and comply with annual drug‑free workforce screenings.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills suitable for high‑level military agency interaction.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and endure prolonged standing, bending, or working in cramped spaces/varying weather conditions.
