[Responsibilities] - Deliver prompt, on-site support for Dell server and data center equipment
- Execute hardware maintenance including server builds, swaps, component replacements, and firmware upgrades
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, firmware, and OS-level issues; escalate as needed
- Perform both scheduled preventive and responsive maintenance following procedures
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers throughout service events
- Document all service activities, contributing to team knowledge and best practices
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide extended coverage as required [Required Skills and Experience] - 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in technical support, field service, or data center roles
- In-depth knowledge of server hardware components (CPU, memory, power supplies, GPUs) - Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to customer sites
