Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Athens and support the growth of our digital presence across multiple brands.

This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and plays a key role in managing and optimising our digital presence across multiple brands.

This is a hands‑on role for a professional who enjoys working across websites, digital content, SEO and online campaigns
, ensuring consistency and high performance across all digital touchpoints.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage digital projects, optimise user experience and enhance overall digital performance
, gaining exposure to a broad range of digital marketing activities.

• Oversee and coordinate the maintenance and continuous update of Group websites and landing pages
• Manage content updates across multiple websites (Word Press or similar CMS)
• Ensure consistency, accuracy and optimisation of website content
• Support SEO initiatives and website performance improvements
• Coordinate with developers and external partners for website updates and improvements.

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across online channels
• Create and manage content for websites, newsletters and digital platforms
• Ensure consistency of messaging and brand tone across all digital assets
• Identify opportunities to improve digital performance and user experience

• Coordinate content updates and communication with external social media partners
• Support content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
• Monitor performance and contribute ideas to enhance engagement

• Monitor digital performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights etc.)
• Analyse results and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Track KPIs across websites and digital campaigns

• Liaise with internal teams and external partners (digital agencies, developers, content creators)
• Ensure alignment of messaging across different digital channels
• Coordinate multiple digital projects and ensure timely delivery

• 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• Experience managing website content (Word Press or similar CMS)
• Good understanding of SEO principles and digital optimisation
• Experience coordinating digital campaigns and content updates
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Experience working with external partners or agencies

• Excellent copywriting and copy‑editing skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and sense of ownership
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects
