Attached to the IT team, Ateme is looking for a Full Stack Developer on a permanent contract.

Within the IT department, you will join a team with a strong build ambition and a clear mission: to design and develop internal applications with a high business impact to support HR, Finance, Sales, Supply & Operations functions.

You will act as an end-to-end internal builder with a high level of autonomy on business-critical products used daily. The position combines full stack development, application architecture design, and responsibility for the technical foundations of the developed solutions.

You will also contribute to the evolution of development practices, particularly through the integration of modern approaches and AI-augmented tools.

Your scope covers the entire product lifecycle:

You are responsible for the conception, development, and operational maintenance of business applications. You define the architectures and technical foundations (APIs, data, integrations), ensuring their simplicity, robustness, and scalability.

You work in direct interaction with the business to transform complex needs into concrete, reliable, and easy-to-use solutions.

Build a bonus management and variable remuneration application used by more than 300 users (Finance, Sales, and Management). This solution integrates complex business rules, simulation capabilities, and multiple connections to existing systems.

Graduated with a Bac+5 in computer science or software development, you have significant experience in full stack development and wish to evolve in subjects combining architecture, product, and AI technologies. You enjoy teamwork, dynamic environments, and taking responsibility. You are comfortable in contexts where speed is required, understanding business issues, and proposing concrete solutions.

You have the following skills:

• Solid experience in full stack development
• Mastery of application architecture and integration issues
• Understanding of IT ecosystems: APIs, data, interconnected systems (ERP, CRM, HR)
• Ability to evolve in agile, pragmatic, and business impact-oriented environments
• Practice of automated tests and contribution to software quality strategy

We prefer a pragmatic and result-oriented approach. You will work in a modern environment including:

• JavaScript, Type Script, VueJS, React, Python, Go
• APIs, information system integrations
• Data & automation (pipelines, orchestrations, etc.)
• AI-augmented development tools
