Role Overview
We are looking for an IBM Business Automation Engineer with experience in IBM automation platforms to design, implement, and support enterprise workflow and business process automation solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing- Design and implement solutions using IBM Business Automation technologies
- Develop and optimize automated workflows and business processes
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and translate requirements
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems and applications
- Support testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and production activities
- Contribute to architecture decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience with IBM Business Automation platforms and workflow solutions
- Strong understanding of business process automation and enterprise integrations
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
