LN Venues, Coordinator - CRM & Sales Operations

We are seeking a Salesforce Support Specialist to provide frontline support to internal users, perform data operations, maintain reports, and monitor AI-driven sales tools.

• Provide frontline Salesforce support to internal users by troubleshooting issues, answering process questions, and escalating complex cases.
• Perform routine data operations—imports, updates, deduplication, and data hygiene tasks—to maintain accuracy.
• Assist with reports and dashboards, including creating and modifying reports, maintaining subscriptions, and supporting end‑user reporting needs.
• Monitor AI‑driven sales tools and automations, reporting irregularities, performance issues, or opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• 1+ years of basic working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar platform) and CRM concepts.
• Ability to provide frontline Salesforce support and elevate issues.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and subscriptions preferred.
• Experience performing routine data operations and data hygiene tasks preferred.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven sales tools or CRM automations.
• Clear, effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented approach to data accuracy and system support.
