Siebel CRM Application Developer

eurpeople’s customer, a global leading organisation, is seeking an experienced Siebel CRM Application Developer to join its on going assignment in Athens, Greece.

Candidates are required to have between 3 years to 8 years of hands on, project based Siebel CRM experience gained on actual projects. Standard customizing, configuration and project lifecycle implementation skills within Siebel CRM are required.

• At least 3 years of Siebel CRM development experience (version 8 or higher)
• Participation in gathering and defining business and functional requirements for at least 3 mid to large scale projects
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing requirement & change requests,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in creating Requirements Document and Use Cases.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in creating and maintaining visual models, including activity diagrams, business process flow and sequence diagrams.
• Minimum 3 years of expertise in communicating user requirements to the development staff serving as the liaison between the development resource and the user groups.
• Minimum 3 years experience in using Siebel Tools, including repository management and migration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Siebel configuration:
  Applets, Views, Business Components, Joins, Links, Data Mapping, etc..
• Minimum 3 years of eScripting/SiebelVB experience, especially for data validation or business process validation that can’t be done through configuration.
• At least 2 years of experience in Siebel integration with Genesys CTI.
• Siebel CRM Call Centre

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH.

The customer WILL NOT consider candidate(s) who DO NOT possess a relevant passport that allows them to immediately travel to the project location.
