Position Summary

Daelim Belefic is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help build and execute our digital marketing strategy across North America. This position is ideal for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B industrial, manufacturing, engineering, electrical, energy, or technical markets who enjoys combining creativity with analytics to generate measurable business results.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the company website, digital advertising, organic social media, email marketing, content creation and publishing, search engine optimization (SEO), AEO/GEO, analytics, and digital campaign execution. This individual will work closely with the Regional Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth.

This is a hands‑on role requiring someone who is equally comfortable creating content, analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, and optimizing digital channels. Above all, someone is flexible, positive, with a growth mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Website Management
  • Help with building the regional website. Manage and maintain the website to ensure accuracy, performance, and security.
  • Publish and update website content including new pages, landing pages, blog articles, case studies, news, events, and product information.
  • Coordinate website enhancements with outside developers as needed.
  • Monitor website performance, uptime, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure the website remains optimized for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
  • Optimize content and user journeys to improve lead generation and search visibility.
Search Engine Optimization
  • Execute ongoing technical and on-page SEO initiatives.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize metadata, internal linking, page structure, and content.
  • Monitor rankings and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Implement structured data and schema markup where appropriate.
  • Stay current with evolving AI search technologies and search engine best practices.
Digital Advertising
  • Plan, create, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  • Manage search, display, remarketing, and performance campaigns.
  • Develop landing page recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and return on investment.
  • Perform ongoing A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Evaluate opportunities on additional digital advertising platforms as appropriate.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and other reporting platforms.
  • Develop dashboards and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze website traffic, lead generation, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve digital performance.
  • Track marketing KPIs and provide insights to leadership.
Content Marketing
  • Develop, publish, and optimize digital content supporting the company's marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams to create technical content.
  • Write and edit website copy, blog articles, case studies, customer success stories, email campaigns, and other digital assets.
  • Ensure content aligns with SEO and lead generation objectives.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and maintain publishing consistency.
Social ("Interest") Media
  • Build and manage the company's organic social media presence across multiple platforms. Have a strong belief in testing organically and
