We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and enhancing cyber security solutions and tools across the organization. You'll collaborate with IT teams, development teams, and vendors to ensure systems, databases, and applications are secure and compliant with industry standards.
What You'll Be Doing- Implement, manage, and enhance cyber security solutions and monitoring tools.
- Lead projects and liaise with vendors for the deployment and integration of security solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and integrate security controls into systems, applications, and databases.
- Continuously expand monitoring scope and improve detection and response maturity.
- Analyze, plan, and implement security hardening and remediation actions, prioritizing vulnerabilities based on severity and impact.
- Mentor and support junior team members in cyber security best practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to cyber security.
- 5+ years of experience in cyber security engineering or related IT security roles.
- Hands‑on experience with security solutions such as WAF, XDR/EDR, SIEM, DAM, Email Security, and endpoint protection.
- Experience with vendor and partner management for security projects.
- Strong knowledge of identity, data, and endpoint security tools and techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; MSc in Information Security is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CC, Security+, AZ-500, SC-100, SC-200, or BTL
