Quality Assurance Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our Product Development team. We are currently looking for a full-time QA Engineer for our Headquarters in Marousi, Attica.

• Develop and sustain both manual and automated tests to assess product functionality.
• Formulate comprehensive and well-organized test plans and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the system aligns with customer expectations.
• Monitor software defects and customer issues, oversee their resolution, and re-test post-resolution.
• Produce and maintain training and documentation materials, including manuals, change logs, and presentations.
• Generate and maintain test specifications and test plan documents.
• Collaborate with our Development and Support teams to diagnose issues and extract pertinent information from system and application log files.
• Identify, log, and replicate errors, bugs, and defects.
• Collect intracompany & client feedback.

• A university degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing Life Cycle, and automated testing development
• Experience working in an Agile development environment, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Fluency in both Greek and English languages, both orally and in writing.
