Location: Praha
xITee k.s is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our Prague and Brno teams, delivering technical help to external customers and internal colleagues with German and English fluency. You will be the primary contact for software and hardware issues, triaging tickets and ensuring timely resolution.
You will manage tickets, monitor SLAs, escalate when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement. Offices in Prague and Brno offer modern facilities and international projects.
