Your Contribution:

• Operation, monitoring, and optimization of network and firewall environments (on-prem and hybrid)
• Support in the implementation of security measures (e.g., segmentation, zero-trust approaches, Microsoft 365 security basics)
• Participation in migration and integration projects
• Troubleshooting in 2nd/3rd-level area as well as processing of incidents
• Creation of simple documentation and concepts
• Occasional support for customer inquiries and internal projects

What You Bring To Us:

• Completed training as a specialist in information technology (m/w/d), a completed study in (business/medical) informatics or comparable practical knowledge as a lateral entrant (m/w/d)
• Ideally experience in the project environment as well as in-depth knowledge in the Sophos product portfolio (firewall, switch, antivirus, WAF) and in the HPE Aruba environment
• Ideally already IT project or consulting experience as well as the joy of continuously developing yourself
• Interest in new technologies, innovation enthusiasm, and the ambition to always be up-to-date
• A pronounced analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Fluent German language skills
• Planned travel readiness within the DACH region and to the location in Oberessendorf
