Job Title

Vos missions en quelques mots

Under the responsibility of the head of the IT department, and within a team of four agents, you will carry out missions related to the community's software packages. Management of IT projects related to business software packages. Installation of servers and completion of prerequisites required by publishers. Patch management, updates of applications. Installation of client workstations. Participation in IT support, management of tickets, proactive monitoring of workstations and network, remote or on-site intervention, writing reports.

Full coverage of functional and technical problems related to software packages as well as contact with publishers. Training of users through the organization of workshops, support for change. Support for users in the use of Office 365 desktop applications. Management of IT service documentation and writing of procedures for end users.

General skills:
Very good knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019/2022 required. Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra and Office 365 desktop applications. Very good knowledge of the VMWare VSphere environment. Knowledge of Linux Debian and Ubuntu as well as Mac OS, Android and IOS appreciated. Windows administration, Active Directory, GPO, Power Shell scripting. TCP/IP network, firewall configuration in collaboration with admins.

Good knowledge of IT security. (EDR, XDR, Firewall, Backups PRA/PCA)
Specific skills for the position:
Management of projects for the introduction of software packages both from a technical point of view, in collaboration with system admins, and from a functional point of view, in collaboration with the concerned services. Participation in the selection of publishers. In the context of project management, taking into account the urbanization of software, API interfaces with existing software as well as the impact on the PRA.

(Business continuity plan) Knowledge of the management of relational databases as well as their backup (DUMP). (Oracle, SQL, etc.) Knowledge of the civil service and public IT procurement management. Writing specifications and market documents. (CCTP, DGPF,…) Functional training of users, writing procedures for administrators and end users. Organization of continuing education on request of services. Support for change. Knowledge of Ciril GF and HR appreciated.

Relationship skills, team spirit, service orientation. Aptitude for cross-functional project work, demonstrated aptitude for pedagogy. Autonomy, strength of proposal.

Position to be filled on September 1, 2026

Work cycle of 37.5 hours/week (15 annual RTT) over 4.5 days
