We are currently looking for entry level Warehouse Automation Technicians to join our warehouse distribution and customer fulfillment center team in Wilmer, TX located 20 miles south of Dallas, Texas. We are conveniently located right off I-45 at Exit 269.

Warehouse Automation Technicians are hired as members of a work team. Technician work teams are responsible for keeping the operation flowing, for meeting performance goals and for maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. Our technicians develop and demonstrate skills in the automated distribution operational processes, including operating equipment, troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, controlling processes from a computer, and maintaining accurate records and data.

From the beginning, you will be getting involved, impacting situations, and influencing business-related problems. We hire you at entry level and you advance by demonstrating growing levels of various skills.

We are currently hiring for the following departments:

• Automated Layer Picking System Equipment Owner (ALPS) - Responsible for resolving faults and troubleshooting losses on the equipment to ensure the Automated Layer Picking System (ALPS) department runs smoothly. This may include but is not limited to resolving twisted pallets, resetting conveyors, resetting crane errors, manually restacking products if a spill occurs.
• Automated Guided Vehicle Equipment Owner (AGV) - Technicians who oversee recovering their equipment whenever errors occur as well as keeping their equipment at base condition. Recover any AGVs that error out, clean the AGVs, know when to take AGV out of service.

• Prior experience is preferred but not required. P&G provides on-the-job training for many roles.
