We are seeking an experienced On-Site Service Engineer to support enterprise data center and server environments, including AI platforms.
With 3-5+ years in technical support, field service, or data center operations, you will provide hands-on hardware maintenance, diagnostics, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities include server assembly, equipment swaps, firmware upgrades, and investigating hardware, firmware, and OS problems, escalating complex issues as needed.
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and familiarity with server components, Linux, and emerging technologies are essential.
Qualifications include an IT-related degree or equivalent experience; vendor certifications are a plus.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to travel and work on-call, are required.
Knowledge of AI, firmware, hardware, and support is advantageous.
