Insurance Agent Position

We are searching for a bright individual with an earnest desire to effectively help and support our established and growing customer base and to generate new business opportunities in our dynamic community. We would love to have you join our well-established Horseshoe Bay office servicing our amazing clients and benefiting from our superior reputation. You will service, advise, solicit and sell insurance plans based on the needs of your assigned book of business and to prospective customers.

The goals are to develop positive relationships, ensure policy growth and increase our firm's stellar reputation. Salary will be negotiated based on experience. Galloway Insurance Agency maintains a highly competitive salary structure, opportunity for bonus pay and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Educate existing and prospective clients on insurance coverage and advise additions/changes
• Promote productive relationships with clients from various sources of networking and referrals
• Evaluate customers' needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
• Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
• Maintain agency database and records
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services

Skills

• An earnest desire to help clients to promote positive outcomes
• Experience in the insurance industry, financial industry or relevant history
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
• Advanced computer knowledge and statistical analysis
• Familiarity with Personal Lines insurance
• Goal oriented and proven success in a team environment
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
