This position manages all incoming requests for Operations, determines the appropriate routing, handles all outward communication, processes all employee terminations, and manages all licensing for the company (individual and entity).

• Inbox management and use of Salesforce to handle employee terminations.
• Outbound Operations communications.
• Assist with licensing – individual and entity (including GH and TWG).

• High school diploma required.
• College degree or some college preferred.
• Experience in a service or sales‑related role preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Positive and can‑do attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Initiative and ability to take ownership.
• Excellent organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Strong time‑management and problem‑solving mentality.

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm.
