Responsibilities
- Supporting the Global Operations Director on a day-to-day basis.
- Creating & updating Smart Keys
- Building Quality Control Rules.
- Support issues with all front & mid office systems
- Working with 3rd party developers to test enhancements before going into production.
- Training internal and external customers & staff on GMT products.
- Trouble shooting / fact finding / testing.
- Writing User Guides.
- Auditing and issuance of airline tickets in accordance with airline rules and procedures set by GMT
- Ensure no lower class is available upon ticket issue
- Chief coordinator for all airline rates & information matters
- To assist any clients (when applicable)
- Planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines/ stability under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal – able to communicate at all levels internally and external.
- High level computer literacy.
- Excellent GDS knowledge (Amadeus preferable).

- Understanding of GDS / back-Office System / Travel product on the market.
- Ability to troubleshoot.
- Proven working experience as a business travel consultant minimum 2/3 years.
- Excellent knowledge of travel software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and online booking tools).
- High level of customer service.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience of dealing with Multi nationalities.
- Understanding of Corporate and Marine Travel.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products:
Excel, Word & PowerPoint. - Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
- Ability to train Face to Face and via Ms Teams.
- Amicable and approachable.
- Professional and assertive.
- Team player.
- Strong computer skills in particular with Amadeus reservation/pricing system, use of e-mails, word processing.
- Strong experience from airlines or travel department as a ticketing agent.
- Knowledge of the mid-office system (Pro Tas).
- A positive Outlook and be a self‑motivated team player.
- Must be organised, proactive / resourceful.
