Location: Athena West Colonia
Foundever is seeking a French & Italian-speaking Quality Analyst to support a multinational consumer goods client in Laundry Homecare and Beauty Care, based in Athens, Greece. You will monitor consumer interactions across channels, score quality, provide coaching, and contribute to calibration sessions.
The ideal candidate has fluent French and Italian (C1/C2), strong English, at least 9 months in a BPO, and willingness to work on-site.
