Centro Med in San Antonio area is seeking a dedicated LVN to assess, document patient care, provide teaching and counseling, and work as part of a team to ensure high-quality services.
The LVN will take histories, perform vitals, administer vaccines and medications, and support infection control while traveling to multiple Centro Del Barrio sites. Bilingual in Spanish preferred;
Texas license required.
