Faithful Stewardship is a law firm dedicated to serving the Rockwall area with kingdom-minded estate planning. Located in Fate, Texas, we focus our efforts in Rockwall County and the surrounding areas, but we can extend our services remotely to clients throughout the State of Texas. We are a growing legal practice in Rockwall founded on the principles of integrity, diligence, and service to our neighbors. We believe that legal work—specifically Estate Planning and Probate—is a calling to bring order to chaos and peace to families in distress.

We are seeking our first dedicated hire. We want a foundational team member who views their work as a ministry of service and is ready to grow into a well-known face of the firm within our local community. We are looking for someone to invest in for the long haul—someone who wants to plant roots and thrive as we do.

We are not just looking for a secretary; we are looking for a future leader. As our first hire, you will receive direct, 1-on-1 mentorship designed to equip you for leadership. Like an apprenticeship, we intend to invest heavily in your professional and spiritual development.

• Mentorship: Work closely with the founding attorney on legal strategy, firm vision, and local outreach.
• The Path: For the right applicant with a steadfast work ethic, this role is designed to evolve into a Practice Manager position, overseeing future staff as the firm expands.

• Stewardship of Details: Manage court dockets and deadlines with meticulous care, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
• Drafting with Integrity: Prepare legal documents, motions, and correspondence that reflect the high standards of our firm.
• Client Care: Act as a gatekeeper and peacemaker, providing professional and compassionate communication to clients during their time of need.
• Community Stewardship: Represent the firm at local Rockwall events and service opportunities. We want you to be a recognized and trusted name in our town.
• Operational Building: Assist in optimizing our technology (Zoho, Wealth Counsel, TXDocs etc.) to ensure our house is in order.

• Experience: 1–3 years in a legal or high-level administrative environment (Texas Probate/Estate Planning experience is a major plus).
• Technical Mastery: Advanced MS Word skills and a typing speed of 60+ WPM with 100% accuracy.
• Tech-Forward Mindset: Literacy in AI tools and a desire to master document automation (Wealth Counsel/TXDocs).
• Stewardship: A "Proverbs 22:29" work ethic—honorable, diligent, and capable of working with the utmost confidentiality.

• Competitive Compensation: A base salary of $40,000 –$60,000 commensurate with experience, with a performance-based bonus structure that scales as you help the firm grow.
