Supervise internal investigations within the facility as assigned by management or Legal Department;
Conduct internal investigations of misconduct by staff, contractors, consultants, and volunteers;
Investigate grievances, facility incidents, and policy violations;
Serve as liaison to contract partners and law enforcement; share findings as required;
Collect, preserve, and manage evidence in accordance with policy and rules; witness subpoenas and testify when necessary
