Civil Litigation Attorney Rural Landowners

We are seeking a civil litigation attorney with 5–7 years of experience who is passionate about advocating for rural landowners. The successful candidate will use strong litigation skills to protect property rights and advance the interests of landowners throughout Texas. This role requires initiative, sound legal judgment, and the ability to manage cases from strategy through resolution.

• Represent rural landowners in litigation matters across Texas
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Manage case strategy and court appearances
• Negotiate settlements and resolutions
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas
• Communicate effectively and responsively with clients and internal staff

• 5-7 years of civil litigation experience, including active courtroom experience (hearings, trials, or contested proceedings)
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• Comfortable appearing in court and handling case matters independently, with support from senior attorneys as needed
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong research, drafting, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters effectively
• Team-oriented mindset with a client-focused approach
• Genuine interest in serving and protecting rural landowners
