TX firm seeks an associate who wants to join a collegial and busy team. Work consists of insurance defense, premises liability and trucking litigation.
Firm has other practice areas including corporate/transactional, construction and commercial litigation.
TX licensed attorney must have at least 2 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
Need to be able to take and present on depositions, make appearances at court, capable writer etc.
