Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team remotely in California. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in employment and class action litigation, with a focus on representing employees in high-value cases.

• Draft complaints, pleadings, and motions, including opposing summary judgment.
• Propound and respond to written discovery and handle discovery disputes.
• Take and defend depositions, which are crucial to case development.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Work directly with clients and witnesses.
• Second-chair trials with opportunities to first chair.

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 3-7 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for employment law.
• Deposition experience; trial experience is a plus.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines independently in a remote setting.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
