Job Description

Responsible for everything that happens during your shift. Includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Set example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from crew.

• Staffing and scheduling
• Paperwork, cost controls, cash control, and inventory management
• Food management and preparation
• Maintain a perfect store image and adherence to standards
• Provide great customer service
• Attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work
• Ensure store cleanliness
• Marketing and profitability activities

• Domino's management experience plus
• Capacity to operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily
• Orientation and training provided on the job
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, telephone)
• Mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
• Ability to make accurate monetary change
• Motor coordination for precise and rapid movements
• Computer or touch‑screen order entry

• Exposure to varying weather when removing trash or performing outside tasks
• In‑store temperatures 36‑90°F
• Sudden temperature changes
• Food odors and cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

Physical activities include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching. Equipment used includes computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, and peel.

• Deliver product by car to customer door
• Deliver flyers and door hangers
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and insured vehicle required
• Navigate delivery area, adverse terrain, and multi‑story buildings
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking, climbing stairs, and driving
