VOA - Texas
Location:
Hutchins, TX
Rate of Pay: $23.11 per hour (17.75 hrly rate plus $5.36 p/hr additional Fringe Pay)

- Transports clients to required appointments, community service providers, and medical assistance.
- Maintains reports on vehicle maintenance and mileage and ensures vehicle mileage is documented each time vehicle is used.
- Maintains the overall cleanliness of the company vehicle. Ensure that no eating, drinking, or smoking is permitted in the vehicle.
- Uses vehicle to conduct VOA-TX business as directed.
- Purchases gas, oil and maintenance of the vehicle at the designated service station; submits all receipts to immediate supervisor at the end of each shift.
- Reports all accidents immediately. Complete accident report immediately at the scene of the accident. Secure complete information on all parties involved and forward accident report to the Facility Director.
- Ensures the safety of the clients while in transit and observes all federal, state, and local laws at all times.
- Maintains the overall security and operational control of the assigned facility.
- Maintains chronological written records of events that occur during the shift.
- Monitors client movements inside and outside the facility.
- Controls contraband in facility through general observation, facility searches, and client searches.
- Ensures facility cleanliness by assigning and monitoring client work, morning duty, and extra duty assignments.
- Observes client behavior and reports to the Lead Residential Monitor in a timely manner any situations that are irregular or exceptional.
- Obtains urine specimens and breath samples to monitor client substance usage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent and experience in a residential setting is preferred.
- A Texas Driver's License is required, clear MVR and the ability to be insured.
