Responsibilities
- Responsible for all supply functions for the site located in Freer, TX.
- Perform limited aspects of administrative and technical supply documentation coordination work, including part, equipment, and material requisitions, hand‑receipts, scheduling, inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization.
- Maintain database of various files, including employee data, statistical usage, scenario management, and technical library.
- Manage inventory of decentralized and decontrolled items (supplies, equipment, materials).
- Conduct initial and replacement material/equipment procurement through established systems, ensuring accuracy of property records in the Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and actions pertaining to return to vendor (RTV) of all repairable assets.
- Operate a forklift and perform occasional travel to other ROTHR program sites for inventory and property management duties.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned within established supply regulations, policies, and procedures.
- High‑school diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Good working knowledge of governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, and established guidelines.
- Understanding of the needs of the organization serviced, the ROTHR program, and the Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS).
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Clean motor‑vehicle driving record to obtain authorization to drive company vehicles.
- U.S. citizenship required; candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government‑issued DoD Secret clearance. Current or prior security clearance is preferred.
- Set hourly rate of $27.44/hour with a Health & Welfare benefit paid at $6.00/hour.
