ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for ensuring agreed service levels and inventory policies are consistently executed with assigned customers by:
- Acting as the primary Supply Chain contact for key OT customers.
- Monitoring daily customer inventory by SKU and managing replenishment orders to ensure product availability.
- Optimizing order quantities and delivery plans to maximize truck utilization and influence customer ordering where appropriate.
- Analyzing sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and delivery patterns to improve forecast accuracy.
- Monitoring customer promotional plans and ensuring demand forecasts accurately reflect planned activities.
- Leading Joint Value Creation (JVC) logistics initiatives with customers, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinating new product introductions (NPDs) to maximize speed-to-shelf while minimizing obsolete inventory.
- Supporting profitable customer growth by balancing service excellence with financial efficiency for both Pepsi Co and the customer.
- Conducting regular business reviews with customers to monitor performance against agreed objectives and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensuring all operations comply with Pepsi Co's Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery Policy, and applicable local regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in customer-facing roles.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and SAP.
- Proficient English.
