Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control review of each order.
• Check‑in orders.
• Aggregate and package/prepare orders for shipping via parcel and LTL carriers.
• Utilize PC‑based systems to prepare shipping documents and labels.
• Maintain a clean working environment and equipment required for timely shipments.
• Follow safety requirements for the position.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment.
• Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability.
• Complete shipping reports.

1st Shift;
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm with overtime as needed.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet set deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others understand.
• Remain in a stationary position regularly.
• Operate machinery and handle products including print materials.
• Move inside the facility frequently.
• Lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 25+ pounds.

• Experience in pick/packing.
• Experience with UPS and Fed Ex software.
• 0–2 years experience.
