Services Specialist - Customer Order & Fulfillment

We are seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate end-to-end delivery execution in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, working cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams. • Manage and prioritize daily deliveries, including high-priority orders
• Create and process deliveries in SAP following completion of requirements
• Evaluate and coordinate product modifications prior to shipment
• Review inventory availability and collaborate with buyers on stock and safety stock usage
• Coordinate with warehouse and shop teams to pull and stage materials
• Manage shipping details, including methods, schedules, and special requirements
• Resolve logistics issues (e.g., address changes, incoterms, export documentation)
• Create and maintain system transactions
• Process classification requests and support invoicing activities
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve unclear instructions and ensure delivery accuracy

• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing industry
