Commissary Supervisor

Aramark is seeking a Commissary Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations in a correctional facility environment. You will supervise staff, coordinate production, ordering, and inventory, and ensure accurate, timely distribution of meals and commissary items. This role enforces food safety, sanitation, and security procedures while maintaining quality and cost controls. You will train and schedule team members, monitor performance, and uphold Aramark's standards of safety, ethics, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily commissary and food service operations in a correctional facility
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff to meet production and service needs
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation for food and commissary items
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and security procedures
• Monitor quality, portioning, and cost controls to meet budget targets
• Coordinate accurate and timely preparation, packing, and distribution of meals
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation for audits and inspections
• Support a safe work environment and promote Aramark's service culture
• Collaborate with facility partners to resolve issues and improve operations
• Coach team members for performance, adherence to policies, and safety
