* About the Role:

** Mid Tule Village Apartments is seeking a skilled and reliable
** Maintenance Technician
** to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the property’s 50 apartment units, handling day-to-day repairs, and preparing vacant apartments for new residents (“make ready” tasks).
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, appliances, carpentry, and painting).
* Complete make-ready duties including cleaning, patching, painting, and ensuring units are move-in ready.
* Maintain the exterior and common areas of the property.
* Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality of all building systems.
* Communicate with property management regarding needed repairs or supplies.

* Qualifications:

*** Previous experience in apartment maintenance, facilities, or a similar role preferred.
* Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Must have reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools.

*** Competitive hourly rate (based on experience).
