Position: 1-2 part time custodians

General Description
Rockford Area Schools is seeking 1-2 dependable, hard-working night-time Custodians to help keep our buildings clean, safe, and welcoming for students and staff. Custodians will perform a variety of custodial duties as assigned under the leadership of the Buildings & Grounds Supervisor. • Schedule:
  
  2-5 nights per week (flexible)
• Hours:
  
  5.5 hours per night
• Start Time: flexible to fit your daytime schedule
• Type: temporary position, with potential for continued work

Qualifications/Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, etc)
• Previous experience as a custodian preferred, but not required
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, safe environments
• Able to work for extended periods of time walking and standing
• Applicants will participate in background check and provide proof of legal right to work in the United States

Pay range: $18.43 – $20.71
