Professional Maid

We've been voted the area's best cleaning company every year since 2016 -- because we hire people who hold themselves to a high standard and do this work with genuine heart.

At Green Cleaning DFW, we're selective about who joins our team. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, gets it right, and genuinely cares about the families counting on them. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.

• Monday-Friday schedule, typically 8am-5pm -- your evenings and weekends are yours
• Full-time, year-round stability
• Performance-based weekly pay: $800-$1,200/week (including tips)
• Mileage reimbursement between your first and last job of the day
• Paid training using our clear, step-by-step cleaning system
• A team that holds each other to a high standard -- and supports each other just as much
• Eco-friendly, non-toxic products -- safer for you, our clients, and their families

Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), and company-paid Life Insurance

Direct Primary Care Membership:Affordable access to a local doctor with no office visit fees. Most team members pay less than $10/week -- and your children can often be added for under $5/week.

We actively develop our team members into leadership roles. Growth opportunities include Trainer, Deep Clean Specialist, Mentor, Content Creator, and Pod Leader. We're especially looking for people with the potential to become trainers -- no one starts there, but if you earn it by mastering the work and bringing others along with you, we'll invest in developing you. We'll be watching for it from day one.

Cleaning homes is active, physical work. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to:

• Stand, walk, and stay on your feet for most of an 8-hour shift
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach repeatedly throughout the day
• Lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 30 lbs)
• Perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing, wiping, and vacuuming
• Climb stairs in residential homes

If you enjoy staying active and take pride in hands-on work, you'll feel right at home here.

• You take ownership -- you see what needs doing and handle it without waiting to be asked
• You hold yourself to a high standard -- you won't leave a home until it's truly right
• You're consistent and reliable -- your clients and teammates can count on you every day
• You genuinely care about the people whose homes you're trusted with, not just the checklist
• You have a sharp eye for detail -- you notice what others walk past
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle

You'll serve homes throughout Rockwall County and surrounding areas. You'll visit our office in Rockwall once a week for team meetings, training, and supply restocks.
