Job Description & How to Apply Below

#WeAreONEOK – Fortune 500 company. 100+ years in business. Leading midstream service provider. Safety first. Sustainable operations. Environmentally responsible. Employee focused.

JOB SUMMARY

ONEOK is seeking a Pipeline Operator – Intermediate to support the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of natural gas and liquids pipeline systems and related facilities within the Mont Belvieu Storage-to-Texas City coverage area, with a primary focus on Texas City. This hands‑on role performs activities such as pipeline startup and shutdown, pigging, line locating and marking, leakage surveys and patrols, product filtration, equipment monitoring, maintenance and repair, construction watch, and emergency response.

The position also communicates operational information, maintains required records and reports, and works with employees, contractors, customers, landowners, and public or governmental representatives. The ideal candidate brings prior pipeline operator experience and practical knowledge of pipeline systems and related maintenance. Because this position will work farther from the broader team, success requires the ability to prioritize and complete work independently with limited supervision, respond quickly and safely to changing or emergency conditions, and use sound judgment to solve problems.

A customer‑service mindset, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally are essential. This is an on‑site field position serving the Texas City area, and candidates must live near Texas City due to call‑out response time requirements for the role. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday with a rotating on‑call assignment of one week at a time.

Travel within the assigned geographic region will be required. The role involves indoor and outdoor work, may include DOT‑covered functions, and requires the ability to perform heavy work.
