Required: Knowledge of the Dewey decimal system, alphabetization and change making is required. A proficiency quiz is given upon verification of work study funding. Only those achieving 100% on the quiz will be eligible for an interview.

Primary Responsibilities: Duties include a wide variety of customer service intensive tasks such as assisting library patrons (all ages) with informational and computer help, shelving materials, answering the telephone, stacks maintenance, cash handling, check in and out of library materials, daily and weekly cleaning duties, and building security. M‑Th 8‑9 pm, F 8‑5 pm, Sunday 12‑9 pm work week, follow library dress code, and require lifting of up to 20 lbs.
