Job Purpose

We are seeking high-potential talent for our Leadership Development Rotational Program, a unique opportunity designed to accelerate growth and cultivate future enterprise leaders. In this role, you will work closely with members of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), gain direct exposure to major strategic initiatives, and collaborate with leaders across all regions of the world.
This program offers an exceptional development experience-blending strategic problem-solving, cross-functional rotations, and engagement with senior stakeholders-to prepare you for impactful leadership roles within our dynamic, evolving organization.
Roles & Responsibilities- Work with members of Leadership Team as they drive strategic objectives and advance critical initiatives across all parts of the global organization.
- Conduct critical analysis and develop recommendations that enable informed decision-making.
- Demonstrate out of box thinking and solutions to solve business challenges leading to better outcomes.
- Facilitate communication, alignment, and adoption of new initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Manage a demanding workload ensuring high-quality, timely delivery in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgment in managing sensitive communications and interactions within the executive suite.
- MBA required, with 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Energy industry experience preferred.
- Change management experience is a plus.
- Proven exposure to strategy execution, organizational transformation, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, strong business judgment, and a curiosity-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to delivering results and driving execution.
- Ability to thrive in a culture driven by collaboration, simplification, innovative thinking, curiosity, transformative thinking & humility.
