Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: Starting at $80,000+
We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Lab Director for a permanent opportunity. This role requires a working manager who will oversee daily laboratory operations while also performing MT/MLT bench duties as needed.
Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day laboratory operations
- Supervise a team of 3 full‑time techs and 1 PRN staff
- Perform standard MT/MLT responsibilities when needed
- Ensure quality standards, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Participate in rotating weekend/on‑call coverage
- Previous laboratory leadership or management experience
- Strong Blood Bank experience required
- Ability to work in a hands‑on leadership role
- Flexible schedule availability
