Location: Jarrell

The Truck Wash Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the truck wash, including staff management, customer service, equipment maintenance, marketing initiatives, and inventory management. The Manager ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality service while leading, coaching, and developing the team.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all truck wash operations, including scheduling, workflow, and staffing.
  • Hire, train, and coach Truck Wash Attendants ensuring high performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of truck cleaning services, with specific knowledge of 18-wheeler and commercial trucks.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of wash equipment; coordinate technical duties with staff.
  • Complete daily inventory checks of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment; maintain accurate records.
  • Implement and support marketing initiatives to promote truck wash services and attract fleet and public customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to COO and General Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and chemical handling procedures.
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment and foster employee development.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; technical or college education preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a truck wash, car wash, or related operational environment.
  • Experience with 18-wheelers and commercial trucks.
  • Computer and tech-savvy; able to use inventory, scheduling, and reporting systems efficiently.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills.
  • Experience with hiring staff and implementing marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and 12-hour shifts.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing, walking, and moving around the facility for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to operate in wet, noisy, and outdoor environments while wearing required PPE.
