Facilitate hands‑on Manager Labs to scale resilience and upward communication. Track coaching effectiveness and team engagement metrics. Lead cross‑functional initiatives as a transformation owner. Provide strategic insights to leadership during planning and review cycles. Build a high‑performance leadership culture through visible reinforcement of expectations.
