Job Overview

The pay range is $64,000.00 - $. Pay is based on several factors, including labor markets, education, work experience and certifications.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a service culture prioritizing guest experience, model, train, and coach expectations.
  • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, actively managing bias and promoting inclusive behaviors.
  • Drive store sales and profit, understanding role of teamwork in sales growth.
  • Plan, lead, and follow‑up on organizational changes and operational initiatives.
  • Analyze store trends, competition, and guest feedback to guide business strategy.
  • Build teams committed to continuous learning and performance through observation, reinforcement, and recognition.
  • Engage team members in Target’s community initiatives and volunteer opportunities to enhance brand presence.
  • Support leadership in equitable scheduling, staffing strategy, and talent acquisition.
  • Guide team leaders in hiring, onboarding, and developing right‑fit talent.
  • Manage programs related to culture, pay, rewards, and benefits to maximize engagement.
  • Establish accountability standards, performance management, and ethical conduct.
  • Address emergency, regulatory visits, and other store needs as required.
Qualifications
  • 4‑year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and business acumen skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, conflict resolution, and holding others accountable.
  • Excellent cognitive skills: problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis.
  • Proficiency with current technology and independent task prioritization.
  • Access to all building areas, interpret instructions, work schedules, and cash register operations.
  • Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform safe merchandise handling.
