Our teams located in Vélizy-Le-Bois develop, install, and maintain the operational condition of railway signaling solutions, as well as integrated communication and supervision systems for major lines and urban transport. Vélizy-Villacoublay, France (Hybrid)

In this context, we are looking for a Release & Deployment Manager for our product ALVEA.

Within the Engineering (Integrated Communications & Supervision) department, dedicated to control operation systems and passenger services, we are looking for a Release Solution Manager.

Your mission will be to pilot and coordinate the successful public releases of our strategic ALVEA™ IOCC (Integrated Operation Control Center), deployed in our projects around the world (main lines, trams, and international metropolitan areas).

• Define and execute the integration and validation strategy (including the automation strategy of system tests)
• Implement the QA governance:
  Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), quality gates
• Ensure the quarterly public/internal delivery of a fully integrated solution
• Orchestrate the continuous integration of all subsystems developed by distributed Scrum teams, maximizing the use of system test automation
• Pilot the tests of non-functional requirements (NFR): deployability, security (cyber & safety), scalability, performance, robustness
• Supervise the availability of platform infrastructures allowing efficient, reliable, and automated delivery workflows (CI/CD)
• Follow and communicate key quality indicators: PCR status, test coverage, release stability
• Implement quality control checkpoints: test gates, validation steps, integration controls
• Ensure close feedback loops with client projects to continuously improve and effectively support them (e.g., reuse of automated system tests from the product)
• Ensure consistent configuration management in line with Data Continuity principles (Shared Palma)
• Coordinate integration points between teams across time zones and geographic areas
• Promote agile principles, support retrospectives, and contribute to the maturity of teams

• Proven experience in managing large-scale integrated systems and distributed development environments
• Strong experience in a SAFe environment (ideally on large solution and international configurations)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, Dev Ops practices, automation, and testing strategies
• Proven experience in QA governance and non-functional testing
