Transformation Excellence And Client Strategy Role

Within the Transformation Excellence And Client Direction, you will join the Strategy And Organization unit whose mission is to support the General Direction and business directions in their strategic and organizational reflections, as well as in the medium-term plan of Sofinco. In this context, your main duties will include:

• Strategy Consulting for the General Direction and Business Directions:
  • Supporting the directions in the conception of their strategic evolutions;
  • Identifying the impacts induced by the strategic evolutions in terms of organization, functions, social and human impacts, definition of the associated economic models, definition of scenarios and implementation trajectories;
  • Instructing operational files aimed at improving the commercial efficiency of the company and at sustaining its development;
  • Leading the Sofinco strategic plan projects and reporting to the General Direction on the progress and risks in their implementation;
• Organization / Operational Efficiency Consulting for Business Directions:
  • Performing operational efficiency diagnostics on all dimensions:
    Organization, Processes, Outsourcing, Services;
  • Designing target organization and process schemes with a view to operational efficiency and integrated into the industrial challenges of the strategic plan;
  • Leading with HR and Finance teams the realization of operational efficiency levers identified throughout the strategic plan;
• Support in the Implementation of Medium-Term Plan Transformation Projects and Business Directions:
  • Supporting the General Direction and business directions in the implementation of major transformation projects, as a cross-functional project manager.
