We have a great opportunity for an Industrial Maintenance Manager in Kermit, TX. We are a leading solutions provider to the energy industry. Our portfolio of offerings includes oilfield logistics, distributed power systems, and the largest proppant supply network in the Permian Basin. With a focus on leveraging technology, automation, and remote operations to enhance efficiencies.

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the plant's maintenance planning and reliability. The Maintenance Manager will lead, train and mentor the maintenance team ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times.

• Train and supervise employees in the maintenance department.
• Interview for maintenance positions.
• Ensure operational efficiency of the mechanical and electrical systems through timely inspections and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA/OSHA and Company safety regulations and standards.
• Reviewing, approving and prioritizing work requests for mechanical/electrical repairs and all safety and work permits
• Troubleshoot and repair any piece of machinery to ensure it works properly and is safe for employees to use.
• Planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance projects and programs
• Successfully leads a technical team – mentoring, coaching and leading
• Participates in performance discussions and corrective action
• Preferred experience with slurry equipment, conveyors, drying and screening.

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience with 5 years in a maintenance supervisory role with exhibiting progressive leadership
• Mining and/or oilfield experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Electrical experience a must

• Regularly required to sit or stand, reach and move about the site/facility.
• Frequently lift 65 lbs. or more.
• Frequently climbs ladders and stairs.
