VINCI Facilities, integrated to the division VINCI Energies France, has the mission to manage all or part of the technical installations of tertiary buildings and services to occupants, while optimizing costs and quality.

In the context of a replacement, we are recruiting a Responsible for Affairs F/H on a permanent contract in Vélizy (78).

Under the responsibility of the Chief of Enterprise, you will be in charge of the management of a portfolio of Facility Management activities for a major client in the industrial sector.

True conductor, you coordinate and manage a dozen collaborators.

You supervise the human and material resources necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Facility Management contract: quality of service, respect of deadlines and contractual conditions.

In this role, your missions will consist of:

• Piloting and following the operations and the contract of Facility Management (preventive and corrective maintenance of technical installations, multi-service provision, event, works …) of the client site.
• Managing the heads of FM activities (Technical and Service) of the site.
• Ensuring the commercial development of your portfolio of business.
• Establishing quotes and estimates in a constant profitability effort.
• Realizing in support with your teams the technical and periodic activity reports (intervention planning, client meetings management, annual balances, …) and ensuring the site follow-up via the GMAO.
• Analyzing and evolving the operational and financial KPIs (indicators) of your sector.
• Mastering and respecting the business budgets entrusted to you.
• Realizing the reporting of your business.
• Daily ensuring the satisfaction of the client's requirements (client reporting, quality of service, solutions …).
• Developing and proposing progress plans to the client.

With a higher education degree Bac + 5 in the field of real estate or a graduate from an engineering school in the field of energy, you have acquired solid field experience in the field of Facility Management and/or maintenance of technical installations (Electricity CFO/CFA/ SSI, maintenance of tertiary buildings and/or pilotage of affairs on a technical, managerial and financial plan (monitoring of maintenance contracts).

You are organized and rigorous, you know how to manage your subjects and be a force of proposal. Beyond your experiences, you are recognized for your leadership, your service spirit, your relationship skills and your sense of teamwork.

Experience in team management (15 people) is indispensable for this position.

Driving license B is required as travel is expected.
