The Regional Directorate of Eiffage Route Ile-de-France Centre Ouest is recruiting:
CONTRACT MANAGER F/H
Permanent position
Reports to the Administrative and Financial Director (DAF), you will work in collaboration with the operational staff, you will be responsible for supporting them on a daily basis and advising them in the long term on the contractual strategy of the projects.
You will intervene, depending on the operations, in a perimeter covering Normandy, Ile-de-France and the Centre Val de Loire.
The position is based in Champs-sur-Marne (77), regular travel is expected.
YOUR MISSIONS:
- Organize regular contract follow-up meetings with the operational staff (project managers, construction managers, agency heads, etc.)
- Identify any contract inaccuracies as well as associated risks and opportunities
- Verify contract compliance and monitor contractual milestones (contractual deadlines, client payments, identification of additional work, etc.)
- In case of identification of discrepancies between the contract and the project reality, you will support the operational staff in the search and implementation of different solutions and notably the drafting of contract management letters, the drafting of observations to service orders (OS), the resumption of contract emails, etc.
- Prepare additional compensation requests (DRC) and claims memos if the project requires in liaison with the operational staff and the legal department
- Intervene in support during negotiations with the client and suppliers if necessary
- Assist teams in the interpretation and execution of contractual clauses of contracts
You will also attend project follow-up meetings to provide your insight particularly in terms of risk identification, discrepancies and deviations.
YOUR PROFILE:
With a BAC+5 engineering school degree, you have significant experience of at least 5 years in contract management in a construction environment.
You have an interest in contractual and financial aspects and present the following qualities:
- Technical and contractual sensitivity (claim management)
- Relational skills, sense of diplomacy, negotiation
- Rigorousness, organizational skills and autonomy
- Writing skills and ability to synthesize
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Driving license B is essential.
